FAQ

FIRSTGREEN Industries machines currently use two types of batteries produced in Europe. SILAD batteries are manufactured in Hungary, HOPPECKE batteries in Germany.

The battery with a capacity of 240Ah and 400Ah contains cells with a voltage of 2V. The machines work with a voltage of 96V, so each battery has 48 cells (96V/2V) with a total capacity of 240Ah or 400Ah.

Yes, standard attachments are universally compatible, so they can also be used with machines of other brands. The exception is our unique electric attachments that are only compatible with FIRSTGREEN Industries machines.

A ZIVAN charger is used as an integrated charger, which can be built into the machine. In order to ensure sufficient charging power, two single-phase ZIVAN chargers are always placed in the machine. External chargers are used according to the battery brand. External chargers are usually three-phase and are considerably more powerful than single-phase chargers.

The drive belt does not require any standard service operations, as its seating is fixed. It is rated for 500Nm of torque but is only required for 150Nm. For one of our customers, the machine has already been in service for 4,000 engine hours and the belt has not yet required any servicing. If necessary, spare belts are normally in stock.

You don’t have to worry about losing the mobile phone used to operate the machine. The Elise 900 can be controlled using any Android or iOS phone using the FIRSTGREEN app. If for any reason you temporarily do not have access to the mobile application, the machine can still be controlled from the cabin to a limited extent.

Yes, we are still trying to innovate our machines and expand their specification according to customer requirements. The new batteries are currently undergoing testing and evaluation. Our goal is to provide additional battery variants as quickly as possible. Our models, which are currently supplied with a lead-acid battery, will be compatible with other battery variants in the future without the need for modifications.

Based on our development testing, as well as the experience of our dealers and customers, FIRSTGREEN Industries machines handle work in extreme climatic conditions without difficulty.

The Elise 900 has a machine wading depth of 400 mm, in the case of the MiniZ 100 mm. The machine is in no way threatened by the washing line or rain, according to IP65 certification.

For HOPPECKE batteries, 80% of the original charging capacity is guaranteed after 1700 charging cycles, for SILAD batteries there is a guarantee of 1500 cycles under the same conditions.

The motors and control elements of our machines are protected against jet water and dust according to the IP65 certificate. They are therefore suitable, for example, for washing on construction sites using washing lines.

The Elise 900 uses the SAEJ2513 skid steer quick hitch standard. There is no standard for the MiniZ, but the design is based on a similar principle.

FIRSTGREEN Industries machines always notify the user of the battery charge capacity in time. In the Elise 900, the charge level can still be seen in the mobile app, in the MiniZ on the display under the front hood.

The MiniZ has been designed to operate only with the supplied Danfoss remote control and cannot be operated without it. The remote control is designed so that it can be attached to the machine and the operator can also control the machine from the machine platform.

The optimal outdoor temperatures for the standard operation of the machine are in the range of -10 to + 35 degrees Celsius.

The Elise 900 is also designed for use in a track configuration. A rubber or steel track can be fitted to the wheels using spacers on the wheel hub.

As we know that in the construction industry, for example, there is a risk of significant contamination of the machine, we designed the Elise 900 and MiniZ in such a way that a minimum of dirt penetrates into the chassis space during normal work use.

Yes, we understand that our clients have specific requirements depending on the needs of their area of operation. We are therefore ready to offer the strengths of our technicians and developers and provide a unique tailor-made solutions.

240Ah or 400Ah batteries are available for the Elise900, 225Ah batteries are available for the MiniZ. All battery variants are supplied by manufacturers Hoppecke and SILAD.

The choice of charger depends on the battery brand. It is also necessary to know the workload of the machine, and for this we will recommend the ideal configuration of the charger so that a favorable price/performance ratio is maintained.

Fixing and/or lifting points are located at the front on the arms of the boom, at the back on the inside of the cross member of the frame and are marked with the “HOOK” symbol.

Yes, the Elise 900 can be optionally equipped with air conditioning, which offers the operator comfort regardless of the external conditions. In the standard configuration, it is supplied with a fan and heater.

Our machines use standard hydraulic oils. Specific recommended alternatives are listed in the user manual. The most common alternatives are HM 32, HM 46 or HM 68.

Depending on the activity and intensity of traffic, the duration can vary by up to 4 hours.

While the SILAD battery must be charged continuously to 100% in order to maintain its service life, the HOPPECKE battery can be charged continuously in any mode.

The weight the Elise900 can handle varies depending on the battery configuration. In the case of a configuration with a 400Ah battery, the maximum load weight is 1200kg. In the case of a configuration with a 240Ah battery, the maximum load weight is 900kg. In both configurations, the load can be handled up to a height of 3637mm.

The MiniZ can handle a weight of up to 400kg up to a height of 2070mm.

The Elise 900 can be controlled as standard from the driver’s position directly in the cabin, as well as remotely from a mobile application or using a Danfoss remote control.

The machine has 4 travel speeds. The minimum speed is 0.15 km/h and it can be continuously increased up to a maximum speed of 12 km/h.

The hydraulic system has 4 working speeds. Working pressure is 180 bar, working flow 65 l/min. The volume of the hydraulic tank is 40 l.

Ground clearance is more than 26 cm (262 mm to be exact).

The front turning radius is 2000 mm and the rear turning radius is 1500 mm.

The Elise900 machine has three GEW (asynchronous) electric motors, two of which drive the machine and one drives the hydraulic pump.

In the back of the machine, it is necessary to open the upper service cover first and then the charging connector can be found near the battery, and the connector from the charger is connected to this connector.

Charging time to 80% is 3 hours. The time may vary, as we have several types of chargers with different charging capacities to choose from. In addition to 3-phase chargers, a 1-phase charger is also available.

These are lead-acid batteries, which were used primarily due to their simplicity, possible recyclability and, therefore, affordability. With their weight, the machines also provide a low center of gravity, which is reflected in excellent cross-country ability.

A general inspection of the machine should take place every 10 operating hours.

For changing the hydraulic oil, the interval is every year or 1500 operating hours. For gear oil, the first interval is 50 hours and the next intervals are every 500 hours.

Regular service will be performed by a service technician every 500 operating hours.

Yes, the machine is homologated for operation on roads in all countries within the EU.

The machine has 2 travel speeds. The minimum speed is 0.1 km/h up to a maximum speed of 5 km/h.

The hydraulic system has a working pressure of 150 bar. The working flow rate is 25 l/min. The volume of the hydraulic tank is 30 l.

The front turning radius is 1500 mm, the rear turning radius is 800 mm.

The MiniZ machine has three IPM120 electric motors, two of which drive the machine and one drives the hydraulic pump.

First, it is necessary to open the upper service cover, where the charging connector is easy to find.

The time required to charge the battery to 100% is approximately 5 hours.

The new owner of FIRSTGREEN Industries machines will gain access to his machine in the FIRSTGREEN Industries account, where he will find complete identification information about his machine. He can also find the current location of the machine here and can check the previous activities of the machine. The FIRSTGREEN Industries account also includes an online manual, operator’s manual and spare parts catalog area so that the owner always has them available. Last but not least, there is a complete database of video manuals where the owner or operator can quickly and clearly learn how to proceed in individual situations while using the machine.
